Subscribe forms grow your email audience. A visitor enters their details, and they’re added to one or more of your email lists automatically. Manage them under Settings → Subscribe forms.

Create a form

Choose + New subscribe form, give it a name, and choose which email list(s) new subscribers join. Like other forms, it has branding options and a draft / published / archived status. The forms table shows each form’s name, how many lists it feeds, and its status.

What happens on submit

A visitor subscribes

They enter their email and name on your published form.

They're added to your lists

The subscriber joins the email list(s) you chose.

A confirmation can be sent

If you’ve set a Subscription Response template, they receive it automatically. See Email templates.

You match them to a contact

New subscribers who aren’t already contacts wait in Subscriber match for you to link or add.
