Forms collect information directly from supporters. Donation and subscribe forms are managed through Admin Settings in your account menu; membership enrollment forms live under Memberships → Enrollment forms. Event registration is configured on the event itself. See Ticketing.

Before you publish

Choose the right form type, prepare its lists or membership tiers, and configure payment processing if it collects money. Your role must permit managing the form; seeing Settings does not automatically grant editing access. Create the form as Draft, complete its settings, save, and inspect its preview where available. Set Published and save when the public page is ready. Archived forms are no longer available for new public submissions.

Hosted page or website embed

Use the public link to share the hosted page. Use the generated embed snippet to put the form inside your website. Copy the link or snippet from the saved form instead of constructing an address yourself. See Embedding forms.

Check the outcome

Check the public page while signed out, including its mobile layout, required fields, confirmation text, and email behavior. Arrange payment testing with your administrator before submitting a payment: a live form can collect real money. Review matching queues after submissions. A submitted form, a payment, a contact match, and a delivered email are separate outcomes. A successful submission does not guarantee all four are finished.

Troubleshooting

If a public link is unavailable, check the saved status and copy the current public link. If only the embedded version fails, check the host domain and website editor’s script support. If a form cannot be saved, resolve the specific validation message before publishing.
