The Registrants tab is your guest list—everyone who bought a ticket or RSVP’d, plus anyone you add manually.

Finding registrants

Search by name or email, and filter by status: Pending, Paid, Refunded, Comped, or Cancelled. Each row shows the buyer, email, quantity, status, amount paid, and how many have been checked in.

Common actions

Add Registrant

Add someone by hand—useful for comps, phone orders, or walk-ups. Set their name, email, tier, quantity, and status.

Open a registrant

Click a row for full details, to resend their confirmation email, or to check them in.

Export CSV

Download the full guest list for printing or sharing.

Refresh

Reload the table to pull in the latest sales.

Checking people in

Each ticket carries a QR code, delivered to the buyer as a mobile ticket. At the door, scanning a ticket marks one admission as checked in. Tickets that admit several guests can be scanned more than once.
Volunteers can run the door without full access to your account. Give a volunteer a role with check-in enabled and send their magic link—see Event add-ons.

Statuses explained

When a public registration can’t be matched to an existing contact, it lands in Data Management → Event Match so you can link it and record the gift. See Event match.
