# Your dashboard

> The home screen that greets you at sign-in—your day's giving, donors who need attention, and the health of your supporter base at a glance.

The **Dashboard** is the first thing you see when you sign in. It's a living snapshot of your organization's giving—designed so you can tell how things are going in about ten seconds, then act on what matters most.

  Most cards refresh on their own and update on your organization's time zone, not your browser's. If a single card can't load, the rest of the dashboard still works—just refresh.

## The morning pulse

The large card at the top opens with a plain-language headline about your week, followed by three numbers:

* **This week** — total raised, with the change versus last week
* **Gifts this week** — how many gifts came in
* **New donors** — first-time givers this week

It re-checks itself every few minutes, so you can leave the dashboard open and watch the day unfold.

## Today's Three

Alongside the pulse, **Today's Three** suggests up to three donors worth reaching out to today, each with a short reason. Log the outreach and the row shows **Done** (you can undo it). Clear all three and you'll see an *All caught up* banner.

  Today's Three fills in once you have enough giving history. A brand-new organization may see it empty at first—that's expected.

## The donor garden

Every cell in **the donor garden** is one donor, colored by health:

Hover any cell to meet that donor, or click to open the **Donor Drawer**. Use the **Champions** and **At risk** quick filters at the top to focus, and the legend at the bottom for the full count by status.

## Reading the rest of the page

    Shows what share of each year's new donors are still giving. **Open report** reveals the full cohort breakdown with a CSV download.

    Monthly giving totals across three years. Use **Compare years** to overlay any years you choose.

  <Accordion title="The rhythm, monthly value & drift" icon="wave-pulse">
    The health of your recurring program: how many recurring gifts are active, their effective monthly value, and which recurring donors have drifted (no gift in 60+ days). **Review them** opens the list to act on.

    The latest gifts, filterable by date range, designation, and account. Click any row to open the Donor Drawer.

## The Donor Drawer

Clicking a donor anywhere on the dashboard slides open the **Donor Drawer**—a quick profile without leaving the page. It shows their last gift, lifetime total, giving cadence, a short story of their history, and a suggested next step. From the footer you can:

* **Compose thank-you** — send a personal thank-you email
* **Log a touch** — record a call, meeting, or note
* **Open full profile** — jump to the complete [contact record](/contacts/manage-a-contact)
