# Media library

> Upload, edit, and organize the images used across your emails, forms, and pages.

The **Media Library** holds the images your organization uses across emails, forms, and pages—all in one place.

## Uploading

Choose **Upload Image** and drag in (or select) a file up to **5 MB**. It appears in the grid right away, ready to use in the email builder and elsewhere.

## Working with an image

Click any image to open it, where you can:

  The library is specific to your organization—only your team's images appear here.

<Warning>
  Deleting an image is permanent. If it's used in a live email or form, remove or replace it there first so nothing ends up with a broken image.
